Weight Loss Technology
A fair amount of us have been through the diet ringer at some point in time during our lives, if not several times. Watching what I eat, counting calories, scheduling exercise, it's all really hard to maintain that discipline when other things involved with LIFE get in the way. Some regimes get pretty complex. And for me, complex ultimately led to failure. In attempt to reduce the complexity, I opted for just not eating at all, which sacrifices nutrition, and can put the body into starvation mode, making any dieting attempt counter-productive. But then I found something that took the complex out of the equation, without sacrificing nutrition. So far, it's working for me. Incremental loss over time, even in light of some small periods of "not sticking to it" kind of thing. We're human. It's about progress, not perfection. Take a look at what I've done so far, using a product that's tasty, easy, and nutritious:

Now on the above graph, you can tell where I slacked off a bit, which we tend to do now and then. Remember, we're human. I had a slight gain on one reading.But, if you add up all the negative numbers and the one positive number, you'll find it should be nearly 10 lbs in 26 days. Is that an Earth shattering statistic? Of course not. But it is an incremental net loss over time that didn't really involve a whole lot of management effort on my part. So in my dieting world, simple contributes to success. So far, I'm successful. A win. Is it good for me? Here's a graph of my historical blood data:
Now, I will say a few things about this. If you want to start a diet regimen, you should consult a doctor about it.Secondly, I'm not advocating that you experiment on yourself here. I simply marked points where certain variables were known to have changed. I had a shift with cholesterol medication that remained so due in large part to that medication. I also had a shift way worse due to stopping that medication for a separate reason, but under the permission of my medical care team. The far right is a data set that is indicative of me being on the weight loss product. And by this I can draw the conclusion, based on data, that the product is consistent with supporting a healthy lifestyle.
